Packaging – Disposal and recycling

The Packaging Ordinance imposes a variety of obligations on companies to redeem the packaging that they put into circulation. It is part of the Recycling and Waste Management Act. Manufacturers and distributors of goods in packagings that remain with the end user, are obliged to have themselves licensed.
